When will merit list comes out? Feeling helpless, no one is responding when makes contact. I have also filled form at private B.ed college and got selected. Admission last date is just two days ahead from now. But, i firmly believe that ignou is most reliable and affordable for poor like us. At present moment I am not sure what do. Do I wait for merit list to be comes out. or Do I submit the admission fees at private one.
